We're a small team building something that genuinely doesn't exist yet - a platform that lets CPA firms scale their sales tax practices without scaling headcount. We're in closed beta with our first design partners and growing deliberately.
Open roles
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Own the core compliance workflow engine - the five-step cycle workspace, worksheet data grid, and client portal. Python backend, MongoDB, modern frontend. You'll work directly on the features design partners use every cycle.
Senior Indirect Tax Specialist
Be the domain authority on the product team. You'll shape how Fosti models multi-state sales tax workflows, validate compliance logic against real filing requirements, and work directly with design partner CPA firms to ensure the platform reflects how SALT practices actually operate. CPA or CMI preferred, 5+ years in indirect tax or SALT advisory.
Head of Customer Success
Work directly with design partner firms through onboarding, first compliance cycles, and ongoing expansion. You'll be the bridge between firm feedback and product decisions. Background in SALT compliance or CPA firm operations strongly preferred.
